Sonobee Hills - Honeys

Sonobee Hills is a local  apiculture practice producing small-batch raw and infused honeys. Their products invite you to share in the moments of the seasons—the blooms, rains, and tos and fros that make up the story and terroir of each harvest.  

Every jar is unique. Seasonal harvests of raw honeys range from bright, delicate summer blossoms to the darker, bolder autumn flows. They make infusions using ingredients grown and foraged on their farm, reflecting generations of practical, beautiful, and honest home-based culinary traditions. 

They raise their bees in Mono, ON, about an hour north of Toronto at the headwaters of the Humber River, serving the GTA, Dufferin County, and surrounding areas. They’re guided by an adage that tends to float around apiculture: “If you take care of your bees, they’ll take care of you.” They offer their honeys and hive products to their communities as a way to participate in that cycle of care.
