Shipping

We roast coffee and ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (with the exception of public holidays). Canada-wide orders placed before 8 am EST on roasting days are shipped the same day, orders placed after 8 am are shipped on the next roasting day. In some cases, our production schedule and other factors may cause your order to be pushed to the following roast day.

How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

Below are the estimated number of business days for delivery by region once the order has been shipped:

Ontario & Quebec: 1-2 Days
Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, & Prince Edward Island: 3 Days
British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, & Newfoundland: 5 Days 
Northwest Territories, Yukon, & Nunavut: 5+ days
Remote addresses & PO Boxes are delivered by Canada Post and may require an additional 1-2 business days.

What kind of shipping should I choose for my order?

There are a couple options available to get your order to you when you need it:

If you are within the Greater Toronto Area, you can choose our same-day local delivery service: AlwaysOT. Please include the buzz code for your building to give the driver access. The delivery window is between 16:30 and 22:30. Please note that if the driver cannot gain access to your building, then you may be charged for delivery reattempts. 

For the rest of Canada we use Canada Post. 

You can also choose the Pick-Up option at checkout to pick-up your order at our store during operating hours (08:00-17:30). Our store is located at 1578 Bloor St West Toronto ON M6P 1A4 . You will receive an email letting you know your order is ready to be picked up. Please ensure that you bring a copy of your order confirmation email when you come to pick up your order. 

I placed an order, but haven’t received my package yet, and I ordered it awhile ago; where is it?

We want you to get your order quickly and error free. Since we work with Canada Post and a local delivery service to make this happen, we will need your help too! If it’s taking longer than usual, first take a look at your tracking number that gets emailed to you upon shipping. If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, give Canada Post or AlwaysOT a call; they are the most appropriate people to help in this case. It is possible there was an error in the shipping address. In some cases, severe weather warnings can delay things as well.

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free ground shipping on orders of $60 or more in Canada. Please note that the subtotal after any discounts must be over the shipping minimum to receive free shipping. Our subscriptions bundles have shipping included in the price.

For wholesale accounts — we offer free ground shipping for orders above 40lbs in the Greater Toronto Area. For more information on becoming a wholesale partner, check out our wholesale page.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only offer shipping to Canada. Please see our estimated shipping times listed above.
