Canadian Rye Barrel Aged Maple Syrup, 375ml-LIMITED EDITION

A uniquely Canadian barrel aged maple syrup using barrels sourced from Stillhead Distillery, a family owned and operated distillery located on Vancouver Island, and the producer of a 100% Canadian rye grain whisky. Aged for 12 months, this syrup is wonderfully smooth and complex with notes of rich brown butter, caramel, vanilla and spice.

Try this syrup in your banana bread recipe or pour it over ice cream. Use it in place of simple syrup for your cocktails, or of course, create an extraordinary breakfast of pancakes, waffles, crêpes or French toast.

Established in 1977, the sugar bush of the Cosman & Webb Farm has been producing the finest, most pure, organic maple syrup for nearly half a century. Today, the ancient forest and fertile soils are home to an abundance of thriving animal and plant species; it is a sanctuary of biodiversity, a place of beauty, and is now cherished by a third generation of Cosmans.
